Copenhagen 9/2 2024. 50 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Dark red can with ac weird flat skull standing on three studs.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as a several centimeters thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Blood orange and clementine. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingly texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
