Copenhagen 9/6 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Fleshy, pink landscape on the can with a small and enigmatic piece of bone peeking out.
Pours murky, dirty amber with a small white head, Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam residing in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with lighter citric notes. Mango and papaya. Fermented boozy notes. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, kind of flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and boozy.
