Pours opaque murky red with a big pinkish head. Stable. Settles as a 0,3 cm rick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass, Substantial lacing,
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet candy-like odor mingling with a more subdued tart scent. Sweet ripe Raspberry and Strawberry Ice Cream. Lactose. Light touch of tart Gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness. A bit sugary. Followed by a light sourness. Lingers for a bit, Fi ish is sweet Gelato,
