Copenhagen 16/2 2021. 50 cl can rom Meny, Borups Allé. Very splotchy paining on the can resembling a world map of Venus.
Pours opaque, murky yellow with a dirty streak and a small white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of fam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of exotic fruit with lighter notes of citrus fruits. Mango, papaya. Whiff of alcohol. Motes of grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, fermented undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty light and easily drinkable Polish DIPA.
