Copenhagen 5/1 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very furious paint splashes in yellow, red and black on the can.
Pours unclear yellow with a small bubbly white head. Settles as thin almost transparent patch of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a boozy and fruity sweet odor mingling with sharp citric notes. Mango, papaya. Alcohol. Grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a fairly strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent DIPA despite a relatively modest ABV.
