Poured from 500mL bottle into my Lord Chambray tumbler.
Appearance: dark golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: malt is rather biscuity and sweet; there's kind of a raw (i.e., unfermented) malt kind of character here. Not terrible, but not really my favorite.
Taste: super biscuity malt character with a moderate sweetness and a nice, earthy hop character and a nice bitterness for the style. I don't think this is a poorly-made beer, but it's not a flavor profile I love.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: like I said, not a badly flawed beer or anything, just one that doesn't really appeal to me too much. Fans of that biscuity malt character would probably love it, though!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
