Copenhagen 24/8 2020. 50 cl bottle from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Blue label with some red splotches and some geometric forms in outlined white.
Pours hazy yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with citric notes. Caramel and cardboard. Lightly fermented mango and papaya. Dry odor of citrus and grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Pretty light and easy for a DIPA. But decently bitter and citric.
