From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This solid ale pours a nice
clear golden with a light head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, and
a thin dusty layer. Nose of light banana, bubblegum, candy sugar, and light
floral honey notes amongst some white pepper, cracker, and herbal hops.
Flavors follow nicely with banana, bubblegum, cracker, clove, white pepper,
clover honey, candy sugar, and nicely balanced spicy hops. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, light carbonation, and a lightly dry finish.
Overall, a well crafted tripel in America.
