From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This solid brew
labeled as a "Belgian Wheat" pours a lightly murky amber tinged
golden with a modest head of white foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin light layer, and sports faint lacing. Nose of banana, candy
sugars, bubblegum, and nice soft wheat notes. Flavors follow with
a definite banana note, bubblegum, soft wheat, faint lemon and
orange zest, light cracker, and subtle herbal notes as well as light
herbal hops. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium light soft carbonation,
and a moderately dry and crushable finish.
A solid brew worth a few growlers of!
Check out this brewery, of all I have had I see great things in the
future!
