From the growler via the brewery in a pint glass. This solid mild
pours a pale amber with a dishwater blonde touch to it with a nice
head of white foam that settles to a thick ring and thick layer with
very nice lacing. Nose of toasted malts, biscuit, and faint herbal
hops. Flavors exceed the nose by a fine presentation of toasted malts,
light nutty malt touches, and dark breaded malt hints with
balanced herbal hops. Nice Mouth feel; medium light
body, light soft carbonation, and a balanced malt and hop
tinged finish.
Overall---more good stuff from this mighty fine little brewery!
