In memory of Bill Bolger, his last recipe brewed in honor of him! This highly carbonated, full body Belgian, creates an alcohol warming feel that brings out hint of banana and other spices.

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This nice little quad pours a
chill hazed deep amber with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of Belgian candy malt, zesty
clove, coriander, banana, and light biscuit. Flavors hit the mark with light yeasty
bread, spicy clove, coriander, cracker, and sweet candy sugars dashed with
white pepper. Mouth feel is medium, medium light zippy carbonation, warming,
and a sweet and spicy herbal finish.
Overall, a very nice quad.
Of note, this was the place chosen for the Little Lady's Birthday which is where
we also took our friends Bluejacket74 and Laura. Laura passed away on 3-5-24
and will be sorely missed. She and Bluejacket74 really liked MPH so it seemed
appropriate to go there.
