This Belgian Quadrupel is smooth even though the alcohol was kicked up a notch. You do NOT need much strength to enjoy each sip!

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This solid little kicked up quad pours
a medium burnt auburn with a moderate head of off white foam that settles to a
thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports subtle lacing. Nose of alcohol esters, banana,
clove, light coriander, and subtle stone fruits drenched in candy sugars. Flavors nail it
with some light exceptions. Candy sugars dance about peach and apricot dashed in
coriander, clove, and white pepper amongst spicy alcohol esters. Mouth feel is
medium, warming, smooth, light carbonation, and a sweet, herbal, and spicy finish that
is well balanced.

Overall, a fantastic brew!

Cheers
