From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This solid little
stout pours a dark brownish black with a nice head of khaki foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose
of tasted caramel, dark chocolate, dark roasted malts, and subtle cream.
Flavors exceed the nose with dark bittersweet chocolate, toasted coconut,
light cream, touches of dark fruits, and nice roasted malts with faint herbal hops.
Nice mouth feel; medium body, smooth, coating, light carbonation, and finishing
lightly dry and moderately sweet and roasted.
Overall, a solid little offering
Cheers
