From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This solid little
tripel pours a clear golden with a modest head of white foam that
sizzles to a thin ring with light lacing. Nose of light candy sugar,
cracker, light floral hops, honey, and showing touches of clove.
Flavors follow with light grains, spicy clove, subtle coriander, Belgian
candy sugar, faint cracker, and light fresh bread with floral hop notes.
Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium light carbonation, and a
crisp herbal finish.
Overall, a decent little brew
