Can just under a month old from lupulo Santa Cruz.
Look: clear light amber, few little yeasty pieces. Super fluffy white head with lace.
Smell: honeydew melon, cantaloupe, herbal, floral.
Taste: stonefruit, melon, ripe peaches. Hint of booZiness.
Feel: fairly slick and dry.
Overall: pretty tasty. I’m confused though, the label says NE DIPA. This is super clear, not hazy, but does have the soft fruity flavors of a newer school ipa. I’m just not sure what was intended.
