Choice is a West Coast Double IPA, featuring some choice Strata, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops. It showcases some uber expressive flavors of melon rind, berry, candied ginger, pine, dank, and a touch of baking spice. It has a sticky bitterness that hugs your tongue with a welcoming resinous embrace. At 8.2% alc/vol, it might be just what you need to keep you warm this holiday season!

Had Choice poured from pint can, bottom stamped "DEALER'S CHOICE" and (apparently) canned on "11/20/20," gift from and muled to Mississippi by little brother, into nonic pint.
Pours medium gold with a slight haze and 1-finger near-white head, which dissipates to a persistent film that leaves a very little sketchy lace. Aroma begins with a bit of dry malt, then turns nicely fruity, which grows hugely juicy with pear, peach, citrus and tropical fruits as warms, and finally a bit of funk. Begins with carbonation bite, then stone fruit, pear and peach, over light caramel malt, carrying into a biting but not hugely bitter finish.
Hugely aromatic and fruity West Coaster, with an enigmatic malt presence.
