Had Line of Symmetry poured from pint can, bottom stamped "HARMONY AND BALANCE" and (apparently) canned on "12/21/21," gift from my brother, into nonic pint.
Pours light gold with clarity and 1-finger creamy near-white head, with good retention, leaving etched Belgian lace down the glass. Aroma a bit of sharp citrus, spice and mint (!) off pour, then mild tropical and citrus fruits, and increasing dankness as warms. Begins with a little sharp citrus and mild stone fruits, them immediate dankness, with a little malt texture beneath, before some interesting tangy and melon fruits lead into a bitter, a little white wine-ish, and then ever-more-bitter finish.
Fruity, dank, and bitter West Coast IPA, probably really good with a garden fresh salad from Watsonville.
