An un-filtered, cold fermented I.P.A.
Nearly clear, dark straw color. Quite subtle aroma of mainly but also other citrus peel, besides grapefruit and a light toast, caramelized malt quality, to the aroma. Quite light flavors of mainly mellow grapefruit peel and some light toast malt.
