Had this at the Bistro 2023 dipa festival. I'm writing the first review ever for it at this Next Glass owned database. Do it for the advocacy.
Pours golden, good clarity going for it, 1/2" white head. Good looking festival pour. Aroma checks proprietary. Hits the berries notes of both Mosaic and Strata. Strawberry blueberry cough. Idaho 7 for bittering.
The taste comes to equal parts aroma and bittering hops. Grapefruit rind, light balsa wood bitterness, strawberry, blueberry and a feel of outdoor weed. Brisk and crisp mouth feel, feels like pale and two row. This is one the alcohol is right there, but not more than it actually is. Its a light pop in the mouth. It does everything above average. Will be interesting to see if they drop anywhere else in the area.
Cool name for the brewery. You really have to keep mere decency on the downlow in certain places in the pasty beerworld. Rules for thee but not for me terms of service vibes.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
