Clever Girl is super aromatic with a moderate bitterness. It has big aromas of danky peach and citrus. In the mouth, you'll find that peach/stonefruit along with some green papaya, mango, & red berries with a danky resinous finish. The bitterness is moderate and allows the big expressive hop aromas and flavors to shine through. This is our second time throwing some Superdelic in to a brew and I'm a fan of what it brings to west coast style beers. It helps balance the dank from the Mosaic and Nectaron with some red berry/citrus/tropical flavors that are an awesome compliment to the finished product.

WCIPA with superdelic, nectaron cyro, & mosaic.
Another west coast winner. Hoppy, clean, with a moderate bitter finish and a real snap to it. I’m enjoying all the IPAs tonight!
