Quintessence is a take on a breakfast stout with the Candy Caps giving the beer a delicious maple quality and the Vertigo Coffee imparting a delicious roasty component. The addition of toasted almonds giving it a biscotti edge and the Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans tying all of the flavors together. It's a big beer, weighing in at 12.7% but has a great balance and drinkability.
Collaboration with Moksa Brewing Co.

16oz can. Bottom stamp is 'CHEERS TO 4YRS 062824'.
Black colored body, with a very thin mahogany brown back lit edge. Light brown head with becomes islands, a ring, and some surface storm. A few tiny lacing spots are left behind.
Aroma of dark roasted coffee, maple syrup, with a true addition of almonds and sweetened by vanilla.
Taste is a dark roast coffee soaked and sweetened with maple syrup. Dark roasted malts, with additional vanilla sweetness and nut earthiness. All blend together and sweeten into the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth syrup texture. Higher ABV% is soaked sweet but still has a barrel aged presence.
Sweet dessert beer with balanced components of coffee, almond, maple syrup, and vanilla.
