GRILL is a light and fresh Indian Pale Ale.
Dry hopped with American Simcoe hops, which gives the beer a light bitterness and lots of aroma, of Pine Needles, Citrus and Passion Fruit, in short Summer!!
GRILL is a tribute to the men and women who stand in front of the grill and fight in the smoke for the good taste.

Copenhagen 12/11 2022. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Hovedbanegården. Kbh. K. A drawing of a burning Weber Grill on the label.
Pours opaque murky amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor angling with a sharp and chemical scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. Glue, detergent and a whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a chemical rough undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is unpleasant and bittersweet.
I suspect that this could ruin even a burnt sausage.
