A hazy dark brown coloured beer with a small beige head. Aroma and flavour of malt, caramel, toffee, bread and with a bitter finish.

Copenhagen 7/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Label in brown with the Number 7 after Kenny Dalglish. Someone in Hvide Sande have an all-consuming Fascination of Liverpool FC. They seem to have You'll Never Walk Alone printed somewhere on all the beers they make.
Pours very dark, opaque brown with a medium-sized light brown head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, dark and very sweet. Caramel, brown sugar, butter, biscuits. Very light roast. Bready and malty. Very light sour notes peeking in.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a sourish undercurrent. Lingers for a while.
A Brown Ale from the sweet side of the street. A bit unbalanced and way too sweet for my taste buds.
