Drinking this at The Nantahala Outdoor Center after The National Qualifying Wild water Race.
Looks dark brown with a nice tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells malty, sweet, raisin bread.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Overall a pretty tasty Bock that I would definitely like to drink again.
Cheers!

From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude! This fridge
lurker pours a brown tinged amber with a decent head of khaki foam that settles
to a thick ring, thick clumping layer, and sports some nice light lacing. Nose of
caramel and herbal hops amongst subtle breaded malts. Flavors follow the nose
with the light addition of faint coffee, breaded malts, light herbal hops, rich caramel,
and subtle toffee. Mouth feel is medium light, smooth, medium light carbonation, and
a sweet toasted malt finish.
Overall, a decent little brew
Cheers

Clear reddish amber with a moderate light khaki head.
Smells of fresh baked brown bread.
Tastes smooth, toasted raisin bread, caramel, Munich malts. I’m shocked by how good this is compared to other American bocks. It’s on the verge of being a Marzen. I’ve seen this at Aldi for years and put off trying it because of my bias that said it would suck. Boy was I an idiot. If you see it, go for it, don’t listen to the numb-nuts that give it a low score. They’re crazy.

More of an amber taste than a real bock weak and watery, similar to commercial American style lagers refreshing but lacks the bold deep taste required for a true bock beer.

Brecken Bock has a thick, creamy, cream-colored head and a clear, bubbly copper appearance, with good lacing. The aroma is of white bread crust. The flavor is similar, with low bitterness. Brecken Bock has a low-medium body and a crisp finish.

Apperance:
Dark amber light brown, clear, creamy buff head that lasts and laces.
Aroma:
Faint caramel and bready malt, very low hops
Flavor:
Starts Nutty, bready and dry. Finishes nutty and dry.
Mouthfeel:
Light body, Nominal CO2, a pecan-like slight astringency at the end.
Overall:
This is a clean, dry American style mass-produced "bock". Weak on flavor, but not bad tasting. Decent price.

12 ounce bottle, got a 6 pack from Aldi for $7.49. No dating that I noticed on the bottle or label. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear amber/copper color with about an inch and a half off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells mostly like caramel and bready malt, along with a bit of earthy hops. For the most part the taste pretty much follows the aroma. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium. It's smooth and a bit coating with a good amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink. Not much to this brew, but it's not bad at all. For the price, it's certainly worth a try!

Bought this as it was in the place of my normal Broegel at Aldi. Not as big a fan as it's rather light and thin.

12 oz. chilled bottle poured into chilled mug. Best by date 09.04.22 printed on bottle. I bought a six pack from Aldi and like it more each time I drink it.
