Celtic Style Wheat Ale has a thick, creamy, off-white head, and a hazy gold appearance, with some lazy bubbles and heavy lacing. A descending cloud appears, following the "swish & pour". The aroma is of yeasty white bread and possible faint lemon. The flavor is similar, with noticeable hop bitterness and some sweetness. Celtic Style Ale has a medium body and a dry finish.

From the can in the 2022 Aldi Bier Advent Calendar, it pours a slightly hazy golden color with a modest white head that immediately reduces to nothing. The nose gets a canned scent, with possibly some bready malt , The taste is slightly malty and bready, but very light.
Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy.
