Appearance: Fairly hazy light golden body, crowned with by a large, dense, snow-white head, which retains quite well. Superb, fine unbroken Belgian-style lacing adorns the glass wall. Minute bubbles drift to the surface in a perfectly somnolescent manner.
Aroma: Lightly spicy with notes of overripe apple rind, earthy yeast, and mild phenols.
Taste: At the open, there are earthy yeast notes, mild phenols, rustic bread, and bitter apple rind. As the taste progresses, there is a mild honey-like sweetness and a brief flourish of coriander. Late in the taste, this is all vanquished by a mild wave of herbal and medicinal hops.
Mouth feel: Very full and soft, with abundant, though very mild carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: Quite well-made, were I not aware of its origin, I would take this to be a Belgian-brewed example.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard twelve-ounce aluminum can, served in a La Fin du Monde tulip.

Belgian Style Blonde Ale has a thick, white head and a slightly hazy, straw appearance, with some lacing and roiling, powdery sediment. One will notice the descending cloud, following the "swish & pour". The aroma is of yeasty, bready spiced bread. The flavor is similar, with possible horse blanket. Belgian Style Blonde Ale has a medium body, with prickly carbonation and a dry finish.

Poured from a can. Straw in color and slightly hazy. Smells of malt, fruit and honey. Flavor follows the smell with a slight bitterness at the end. Nice

From the can in the 2022 and 2023 Aldi Bier Advent Calendars, it pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a soon diminishing white head that leaves some lacing. The nose gets a slightly sour scent. The mouth gets a slightly sharp bite followed by light malt.
