Dad Skateboard Collab
BACK IN MY DAY // We've always been a fan of Dad's Skateboard's irreverent approach, something about it just clicks with us, so we decided to team up on a beer and highlight one of their new decks (designed by the legendary Brother Merle). This 'on-brand' c.1995 IIIPA is a stunning showcase of everything that made this industry boom on the West Coast, only cranked up to 10. Big citrus, piles of grapefruit, some cedar, diesel and an assertive bitterness (we also get watermelon candies if anyone is keeping score) round out this classic beer, that would make any ol' homebrewer proud.
Hold My Beer... (10%) • West Coast IIIPA, brewed with Canadian Pilsner, Pale Ale Malt, and Carapils; Hopped with Ahtanum Cryo, Chinook, and Amarillo; Fermented with a classic Chico strain.

S-hints of Ahtanum Cyro , Chinook & Amarillo hops
T-clean & crisp PNW Triple IPA , strong hop presence , mild malt base , slight bitter swallow
MF-mild carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-very drinkable Triple IPA , not really feeling the ABV
