8 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it. Purchased at the brewery about a week and a half ago. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like strawberries, chocolate, cream and roasted malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some earthiness. Strawberry stands out to me and does seem more like fresh strawberry than artificial/candied ones. Had a nice tart strawberry bite at first and then got sweeter as the beer warmed up. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and has a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good dessert brew, certainly worth picking up if you get the chance!
