I have had few beers I've actually liked and wanted more of. Most are spelled "bier". This is one of them. It was a light-colored, refreshing weissen with the yeast still in it. Was served at room temperature, and lemon was optional, but unnecessary. While it wasn't terribly complex or heavy, is was smooth and rich nonetheless. And as is characteristic of the Bayern brews, not bitter at all. It was a primary offering of Brauerei Mühlbauer for some time, but unfortunately was discontinued some years ago.
