Choco Libre is an Imperial Mexican Hot Chocolate stout. It was brewed with a mix of dark malts, Don Ponchos Cinnamon (Brownsville TX), Nutmeg, Vanilla, Lactose, Ancho Chiles, Panela Brown Sugar, and Abuelita Hot Chocolate Mix. This big-bodied stout is packed with layers of chocolate from dark to smooth that blend perfectly with the spices and dried chiles. At first sip, you get dark chocolate that folds into the smooth Mexican vanilla layered with cinnamon and nutmeg. The back of the stout leaves your throat coated with a subtle heat from the Ancho chiles.
