Pours a pale yellow with a mild fog to the translucency. Head is a finger of white foam with decent retention. Aroma is malts out front - crackers, wafers, and bread, with the first two being the most dense and hearty of the bunch. Spry grassy hops add a little zest to the dry aroma. Flavor profile is crackers, wafers, and bready malts again, with less emphasis on the first two compared to the aroma. Still dry, but not sharp. Grassy hops and some lingering yeast round it out. Mouth feel is fuzzy &soft with a medium thickness. Overall, dry like a pilsner, but not really refreshing.
