My can says 5.3% close enough
Pours a bright & effervescent gold with one finger of eggshell colored head. Minimal head retention & lacinf
S: Bready, doughy, some herbal notes
T: Dry, sweet breadyness, grassy & mineral hops & a little lemon up front. Grassyness & lemon mix in with breadyness & a subtle yeast bite as this beer warms up, woody hops surface as well. Finishes dry, flinty with grassy & herbal hops, a little bready sweetness
MF: Medium body, dialed back carbonation, great balance
