Collaboration with Wander Brewing. From Wander's website: Crisp and refreshing with a spicy hop nose, rustic malt flavor, and a dry, bitter finish. Inspired by mutual love of “Herren Pils” from Brauerei Keesmann in Bamberg, Germany.

At the tap room, exactly what I want in a pils. A little hazy, happy aroma, dry with a slightly bitter finish. Great beer. I wouldn't change a thing.

Poured from a 750 ml glass crowler, the beer pours a pale gold color with good head retention and lacing. The nose is all pils goodness, as I pick up honey, biscuit cracker and some underlying pepper. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely in this easy going, quaffable pils. Mouthfeel is pretty light, in what feels like a fairly low alcohol beer. The finish is clean and fairly long with some light bitterness, and drinkability is terrific.
Nothing complicated or mindblowing here. Just a straightforward, easy to appreciate and enjoy pils. It's a great beer to have on a warm summer day in the NW.

Served in 16oz Willi Becher at Wander Brewing, who collaborated on this brew. Poured a lightly hazy pale yellow color with 1/3 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma featured light but solid grains and some floral hops.
Same on the tongue, with the addition of a light bitterness on the finish.
The body was on the full side of medium, smooth, carried good carbonation, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, I could see drinking a crowler of this over an afternoon.
Overall, a nice, easy-drinking brew. Get one if you see it.
