This well-hopped and full-bodied Pilsner was brewed with a traditional triple decoction mash in our direct fire kettle and hopped with our favorite Czech varieties.

This is described as a "Holiday Pilsner." It pours a crystal clear orangey amber with plenty of foam in the snifter. There's a pleasant malty sweetness to start. Aromatic with something piney and a hint of orange, but more elegant than the usual IPA hop blast. Clean and rich flavors, woody and malty, that finish into a mellow taste of cereal and green herbs. Alfalfa in the nose. Overall this is a better than average Pilsner that managers to have a touch of the Winter Warmer. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station. The Batch No. is a hand-written "2."
