Had it at the brewery from tap, poured into a pint glass. Dark brown color with excellent head and lacing. Earthy, chocolate smell and taste. Some coconut and toasted pumpernickel. This beer gets more interesting as it warm. Fruit notes come out, citrus and pineapple - almost like an black IPA. Very nice beer to drink slowly.
