Second beer I had here in early June 2023. The usual Arizona or Texas brewery visit starts off with the adjunct lagers and this day was no different.
Pours the ultra familiar golden beer color. Its just flat out very professional looking, great clarity, decent head space at 1/2" and good retention. The aroma has that old school member berries grain and corn vibe. Nostalgia rules.
The taste seems to be in a place you would go for if making this kind of beer. Its super light, refreshing mouth feel, and just easy/fun to drink. Plenty crisp from the front to the back. Its the type of beer that dipshits who say everything is problematic, is, well, problematic. Reminds them of the beer their tormentors used to drink probably. But you can wield such power click click. Live without warning.
The lightest corn sweetness, appropriate up there carbonation. I wish I had access to cans of this all summer out on the river. Fun times, not nerd times = this beer. Texas knows how to make good light lagers and this further solidifies that opinion.
