Dark red colour with a delicate haze. White foam, perhaps slightly pink. It is high and moderately persistent. Medium-sized bubbles melt without leaving marks on the glass.
The aroma is intensely fruity, cherry, distinctly sour and brings wild, rural, leathery notes, followed by accents of a wet, damp cellar, wet wood and fruit pits.
The taste is pleasantly sour, refreshingly acidic, with bitterness coming from the wood and fruit pits.
Medium carbonation. Rough texture. Medium body. Long sour aftertaste with fading seed bitterness.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours dark red with some pink. Minimal head. The nose is great. Vibrant cherry, some funk, vanilla, leather, and a floral note. Sour.
The taste is a bit odd. Surprised by the lack of sourness. Almost syrupy and medicinal. Some cherry. Marmalade. Lemon. Not very exciting.
Mouthfeel is light and dry.
