Orange colour with a delicate haze. The white head, made up of fine and medium-sized bubbles, is high and quite persistent. The aroma is sour, wild, intensely fruity (mainly unripe fruit), barrel-aged, or rather wet, raw wood. The taste is pleasantly sour, perhaps even tart, refreshing, with a bitter, stone fruit finish.Medium carbonation. Slightly rough texture. Medium body. Long sour aftertaste accompanied by bitterness reminiscent of wet wood and fruit stones.
