Orange in colour, initially clear, but once poured into a glass, it takes on a beautiful iridescence. The head is white, low, unstable, and delicately adorns the glass.
The aroma is malty, perhaps even sweet, delicately "wild", cellar-like, with light fruity and cereal notes in the background. The intensity is medium-high.
The taste is sour, tart, "raw", sharp, with a delicate bitterness reminiscent of wet wood. It is pleasantly refreshing and fresh.
Medium carbonation. The body is similarly medium. The texture is slightly rough. The aftertaste is long, sour, with a bitter background.
