Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is straw gold, slight chill haze, light effervescence, head is brighter white and presents 1/4 inch thick then dissipates to thin top, some spotty lacing.
Smell is light sweet malt, toast, honey, biscuit, light earthy/grassy hops.
Taste is similar with light malt notes of toast, biscuit, honey, hops are low but earthy/grassy in flavor, some sweeter yeast like notes; sweeter than some in this style.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall an easy drinking ale - slightly sweet for the style.
