A traditional Czech-style pilsner. Is unmistakable rustic character is achieved by way of soft water, decoction mashing, an 100% Czech ingredients.
The inspiration behind Tailgunner Brewing Company is a remarkable story of service, sacrifice, and bravery. During WWII, a Lancaster was shot down over Holland and the entire flight crew was killed, save for the tailgunner, Lint Stephenson. For years Lint was a P.O.W., surviving torture, starvation, and witnessing unimaginable horrors. Liberated in 1945, Lint returned to Canada and raised a family before passing away in 2015. Lint is remembered as a decorated hero that served to protect the liberty and freedom we enjoy today. The selflessness and courage of Lint and his flight crew will never be forgotten.

Perfect for easy everyday beer. Looks fantastic in the glass, proper head, immaculate lacing, the smell is of cracker, hint of chamomile and eartjy noble hops. Light biscuit malt notes with a glorious mouthfeel and a dry clean inviting finish.

Pale golden pour with 2 fingers of puffy white head - chill hazed.
Aroma of bready malt, slightly grassy with citrus hops - lemon, orange rind.
Hoppy on the palate - moderate crisp bitterness; citrus, lemongrass, bready malt, leafy and earthy.
Medium mouthfeel - bigger than 4.5% suggests - with active carbonation and a sharp, crisp noble hop bitterness on a clean dry finish.
Delicious and refreshing pilsner.
