A Hazy Psle Ale that delivers on all levels. Looks the part, smells fantastic, creamy and inviting mouthfeel with the perfect combination of citrus notes and malty goodness with a pleasant finish. Well done

Notes about the brew:
Dame Dorthey represents the spirit of a generation that came together when it mattered most and united in a selfless effort. Here's to community, to perseverance, and to our Dame Dorthey.
Brewed with 100% Alberta grains and a blend of four classic hops from the Pacific Northwest.
"Citrus and pine, Golden, soft, and classy"
A hazy pale ale.
Appearance - Pours a hazy amber with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and piney hops upfront, pine resin, grapefruit peel, citrus and orange peel, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and piney hops upfront. The pine resin, grapefruit peel, and citrus and orange peel follow suit. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the citrus and piney hops lingering.
Overall - A bold and flavourful pale ale that is quite sessionable. Every element is on point, Another fantastic offering from this new Cowtown brewery. A stand out of a brew.
