A creamy, roasty, and smooth Czech-style dark lager. Brewed with soft water, a single decoction mash, and 100% Bohemian ingredients.
In 1941, Canada's largest ammunition facility was constructed in Ajax, Ontario as part of the war effort in World War Two. This facility employed more than 7000 women from across Canada with a singular, unified mission-- to provide the fathers, husbands, and sons of the nation with enough ammunition to triumph over evil and ultimately return home. The women of Ajax worked tirelessly within this factory for years and produced over 40 million shells during the war effort to ensure their mission was a success.

"Round, Smooth, Full Bodied"
Appearance - Pours a chesnut brown with three fingers of frothy tan head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, and musty hops, bready malts, cocoa, hint of coffee bean, hint of dark fruits (plum, raisin), and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold earthy, leafy, floral, and musty hops upfront. The cocoa, hint of coffee bean and dark fruits (plum, raisin) come through next. The brew is finished off by the bready malts and earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the all elements lingering.
Overall - A pleasant dark lager that boasts a solid malt and hop profile. A nice brew to enjoy on this cool rainy evening here in Cowtown. Also, this one sure doesn't disappoint!
