A hearty golden lager crafted in the Oktoberfest style to highlight the strength and complexity of German malts. Brewed with 100% Bavarian ingredients, unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and lagered for almost two months.

Pours an essentially clear amber bronze colour with two plus fingers of tight bubbly white head.
The nose is malty with distinct bready character - rye spice, notes of biscuit, english muffin and a caramel/toffee like aroma - ever so slightly floral.
Toasty sweet toffee like malt on the palate - notes of fresh bread, a touch of spiciness balancing the malt sweetness - just a touch floral leading into a dry mildly bitter finish.
Smooth medium mouthfeel - nicely carbonated with a clean creaminess.
