This Kolsch-inspired lagered ale uses 100% European ingredients, natural carbonation, and a long cold conditioning phase to make a beer that is equal parts crisp, clean, and slightly fruity.

Sampled from a howler purchased from Collective - A craft beer shop and a can.
Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, grassy, floral, hint of saaz, and earthy hops, lemon, biscuity and grainy malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, grassy, floral, mild saaz, and earthy hops upfront. The lemon comes through next alongside the biscuity and grainy malts. The earthy yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and sticky with the hops and malts.
Overall - A well rounded brew that is easy to drink and I like the deviation of making this more hop and malt balanced whereas. A nice one to try fresh.
