This beer is lower alcohol than our flagship Czech Pilsner - still triple decoction mashed but hopped with whole cone Saaz for a more delicate hop character. As always, it is naturally carbonated, lagered for 90 days, and unfined/unfiltered. Na zdravi!

Pours a brilliant clear golden yellow with two fingers of tight bubbly white head.
Aroma is a touch floral with a bready malt backing - a bit herbal and grassy and just a touch fruity.
Tastes of bready and grassy malt, a notable floral flavour, bright minerality and a crisp herbal hop bitterness.
Briskly carbonated with a light, refreshing mouthfeel and a sustained back end soft bitterness.
I wanted to love this and is really good, but falls a bit short of world class for the style.
