Collaboration with Blind Enthusiam.
Based on Blind Enthusiasm’s flagship wheat ale Zesty Zee, we adapted their recipe for Tailgunner’s brewhouse and triple decoction mashed it! This Hefeweizen is extremely delicate and aromatic - perfect as we approach spring. Prost, braumeisters!

Pours a cloudy pale straw yellow colour with two fingers of puffy rocky white head.
Nose of grainy doughy malt - spicy, juicy fruit gum - a whack of clove and some banana.
Taste spicy lemon drop, under ripe banana, clove, juicy fruit gum on a backing of doughy malt. There is a somewhat aggressive soapy bitterness.
Light mouthfeel with a fluffy creamy note and a dry finish; lingering soapy bitterness that builds.
Feel this is a rare miss for Tailgunner.
