Sitting Time is our tribute to the often overlooked English Pale Ale. We used 100% raw materials from the UK, a single decoction mash, and "casked" this beer for natural carbonation.

Pours a cloudy reddish brown/dark amber with two plus fingers of foamy head that fades to a small bubbly cap.
Nose of toasty bready malt, spicy grains along with floral and herbal notes and hints of caramel.
Sweet bready malt on the palate with spicy floral hops and bright earthy and herbal bitterness balances the toasty malt.
Light medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a lasting bittersweet finish. Excellent.
