Ross is back by popular demand! This time we opted for a lightly structured malt profile to complement a big charge of whole cone Cascade hops in the whirlpool. Double decocted, naturally carbonated, and unfined/unfiltered, this is the lager we reach for when it's time to switch it up a bit.

Bright slightly chill hazed deep golden pour with two fingers of tight bubbly white head.
Nose is initially quite fruity - citrus/orange, a touch grassy with floral notes and a hint of minerality.
Taste is up front sweet grainy malt, citrus - orange, red grapefruit - floral with a delicate but definite spicy hop bitterness though would suggest sweetness dominates.
Light medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - crisp and clean.
This was delicious and so very easy to drink - perhaps lacking a little bit more of a bitter bite as per style.
