Hoptimystic Brewing - Bow

Visited this brewery while staying with family in New London. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Small spot looks like its on the same lot as the home of the owners. Quiet street with a lot of woods nearby. Gravel parking lot for parking could fit 15 to 20 cars.
Seating outside is some picnic table seating some under a small roofed pavillion area, a few other setups scattered around the lot. There is a port-a potty in the area too. Serving 12 different styles of beer from a hefeweizen to a DIPA, to NEIPA, a low ABV pastry stout, and a few Belgian styles. Pretty diverse lineup.
Ordering is by number which you write on a paddle with chalk. All beers are served in 4 oz taster glasses due to not selling food at the location. But the owner is planning to buy and install pizza ovens which should allow for full pint sales!
Friendly staff and owner, who talks with us enough for our interest but doesnt hover or come back too frequently. There were about 6 groups of folks at the brewery on our visit.
A cool chill spot with friendly folks. I thought the beers were all fine, but seemed to need a little more robust flavor profile or mouthfeel depending on the style. The Hefe especially felt very thin and the flavor was muted. I think this place has potential and its a nice place to have some beer, looking forward to when they can sell a full pint to get a better sense of the beers.
